Pack Your Watch
Place the watch in its original Casio box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed inside a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the item, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement watch within 5-7 business days.
